Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure alignment with operational goals and schedules.
- Monitor product quality standards and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts within the team effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and OSH compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems.
