As a Production Team Leader, you will be the critical link between management and the production floor. You will take full ownership of your shift's output, directly supervising a team of skilled operators and assemblers. Your mission is to guarantee that production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage resources—materials, labor, and equipment—to drive maximum productivity while minimizing downtime and waste.
We are seeking a proactive problem-solver who can analyze production metrics, implement lean manufacturing principles, and conduct root cause analysis on operational issues. You will conduct regular toolbox talks, ensure strict adherence to 5S and safety protocols, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with other departments like Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are consistently met or exceeded.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators and assemblers, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including raw materials, manpower, and equipment, to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, 5S housekeeping standards, and company policies on the production floor.
- Conduct regular quality checks and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to promptly address any non-conformances.
- Monitor production metrics, prepare daily performance reports, and implement corrective actions to address bottlenecks or delays.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City and amenable to shifting schedules if required.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Occupational Safety standards.
