Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily/weekly output targets
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all manufactured items
- Coordinate with logistics department for seamless material flow and inventory management
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance technical skills and safety protocols
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets aren't met
- Ensure adherence to ISO and company standards in all production processes
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in industrial settings
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficient in using production management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
