Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily output targets
- Supervise workflow adherence to established manufacturing processes
- Act as Production Supervisor during absences, overseeing all operations
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment operations
- Train team members on operational procedures and best practices
- Generate production reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with inventory management and workflow optimization
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Advanced proficiency in production management software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
