Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure targets are met on time.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff to maintain high performance and productivity standards.
- Monitor production line equipment and processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Analyze production reports and metrics to track output and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating at peak performance.
- Maintain an organized and clean manufacturing environment according to 5S principles.
- Prepare regular shift reports and communicate findings to the Production Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite.
