Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor production line operators to ensure maximum productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor daily production output against schedules, identifying bottlenecks and implementing immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain high levels of product quality through regular inspections and compliance with ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce cycle time and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular shift briefings and ensure clear communication of performance KPIs to the team.
- Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and training records to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance departments to troubleshoot machine downtime and process deviations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably within electronics or high-precision assembly.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 15+ operators in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, SOPs, and production schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between management and floor-level staff.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis.
- Educational background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is highly preferred.
