Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure output targets are met efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to maximize productivity.
- Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Optimize production workflows and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Experience in medical device or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
