We are now looking for a skilled Production Technical Operator to join our Johor Bahru facility and contribute to our world-class production operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and drive continuous improvement.
Key aspects of the job include machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting; performing quality checks; maintaining records; and participating in process optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for complex issues.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines for different product runs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
- Complete production logs and reports accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
