Hiap Teck Venture Berhad, one of Malaysia's leading steel companies, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Selangor. As a Production Technician, you will be at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of machinery, from initial setup to daily troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily machine operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify and resolve potential mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform immediate troubleshooting and repairs during machine breakdowns to minimize production delays.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring all outputs meet company specifications.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Document production data, including output volumes, machine downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the training of junior operators on machine safety and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and automated production lines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation and perform overtime when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
