Fibon Berhad is a dynamic leader in the manufacturing industry, committed to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking a meticulous and hands-on Production Technician to join our expanding team in Kluang, Johor.
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our production efficiency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machinery, ensuring that all equipment is calibrated for optimal output, and strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure that our production lines meet daily performance targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform daily equipment preparation, set-up, and fine-tuning to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor and control operational parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting and minor repairs on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Document production output, equipment status, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for complex machinery diagnostics and scheduled servicing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to 5S methodology.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and basic mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and blueprints.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting production-related issues.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (OSHA standards).
