Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to prevent downtime.
- Execute equipment changeovers efficiently during production shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, output, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to 5S workplace organization principles to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and resolve operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma (Technical or Industrial Arts).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to read technical manuals.
- Familiarity with quality control protocols and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts if required.
