Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate production machinery to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage waste handling processes in strict adherence to company and environmental protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure full compliance with workplace safety (WSH) guidelines.
- Assist in inventory tracking and material handling within the production floor.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for production output and equipment status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or GCE 'O'/'N' Level certification in a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts as required by plant operations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on duties in an industrial setting.
