Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure throughput targets and product quality specifications are consistently met.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and perform corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Document production data, quality checks, and equipment logs accurately for reporting and traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative methods to enhance operation competency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control principles, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic production machinery and tools.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
