Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet internal quality and safety specifications.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Accurately document production data, output volumes, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and achieve daily manufacturing targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform shift work and remain physically active throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (WSH) and food hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Nitec in Engineering or relevant technical certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict operational guidelines.
