Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform routine inspections and rigorous quality control checks on finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic components.
- Document production data accurately and report any operational issues or defects.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- GCE N/O/A Levels or a Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required by production schedules.
