Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily production tasks in accordance with assembly blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration of automation machinery components.
- Conduct thorough functional testing and troubleshooting of machines during the build process.
- Execute 'buy-off' procedures to ensure every machine meets internal quality control and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve assembly issues quickly.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including secure packing and labeling.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related fields).
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools and basic diagnostic/testing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to high-quality output.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle machinery components.
