Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment issues
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for efficient repairs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Train junior technicians on equipment protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with bakery/confectionery production machinery
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
