In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, providing essential support to our engineering department to ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards.
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in optimizing production workflows and evaluating technical processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency gaps, ensure standardization measures are strictly followed, and contribute to the overall excellence of our manufacturing output. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for standardization and efficiency improvement.
- Monitor product quality during the assembly process to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate production logs and reporting metrics.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to perform inspections and testing on finished goods.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing protocols and safety guidelines on the floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical production role.
- Strong understanding of production standardization and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly schematics.
- Ability to operate precision measurement tools and basic production machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
