Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine machine setup, operation, and monitoring to meet daily production targets.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct precise calibration of production machinery to ensure product consistency and quality standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and operational reports for all machinery serviced.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and clean-room standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine performance and process flows.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic measurement equipment.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts or overtime as required by production schedules.
