In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our machinery operates at peak performance. You will play a critical part in our manufacturing lifecycle, from the initial setup and assembly of equipment to the execution of timely repairs and technical modifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly, installation, and setup of production machinery to ensure alignment with operational specifications.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Execute timely repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic production equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement machinery modifications and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all machinery and repair activities.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and plant regulations.
- Monitor production output quality and ensure equipment is calibrated correctly for high-precision tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Production Technician or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial tools, diagnostic equipment, and reading technical blueprints or schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule and perform manual labor as required by the production process.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills in English and Filipino.
