Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machinery
- Adhere strictly to quality control standards and safety protocols in all production activities
- Document production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production output and identify opportunities for operational enhancements
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems and automation technologies
