Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor core unit operations, including reactors, wash columns, and dryers.
- Manage the performance of separators, reboilers, chillers, and steam separators to ensure optimal output.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation in compliance with ISO quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of unit operations and industrial processing equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work in rotating shifts if required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for logging production data.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
