Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality control measures
- Monitor production metrics and report any issues or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
