Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain ultrasonic cleaning equipment and chemical baths according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle, inspect, and package delicate optical components with extreme care to prevent damage or contamination.
- Perform routine quality control checks and visual inspections of cleaned parts using microscopes or specialized lighting.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, chemical concentration, cycle times) and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal cleaning efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with cleanroom protocols (5S principles).
- Document production outputs, equipment maintenance logs, and quality reports accurately in the tracking system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve process deviations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment; experience with ultrasonic cleaning or optics is highly advantageous.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, fragile components with precision.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and navigating production software.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear standard cleanroom attire (jumpsuit, mask, gloves).
- Ability to work shift hours (including rotating shifts or permanent night/day shifts) as required.
- Excellent team-player attitude, strong communication skills, and a high commitment to workplace safety.
