Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and consistent output quality.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and tests to verify that all products meet established standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assist in the assembly, calibration, and packaging of finished goods according to specifications.
- Document production data accurately and report any technical issues or anomalies to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and increase overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data logging and operating control systems.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
