Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily setup, calibration, and operation of high-precision electro-mechanical machinery.
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Conduct rapid diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to resolve mechanical or electrical failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement machine improvements and process optimizations.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to strict 5S and safety protocols.
- Monitor production output quality and assist in corrective actions during equipment malfunctions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production technician role.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, sensors, and automated control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage.
