Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of production machinery/equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OHS regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend efficiency improvements
- Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for maintenance operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic/hydraulic components
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Certification in industrial maintenance or machinery operation preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
