Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor process plant machinery and equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times to maintain a safe workplace.
- Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure all products meet company specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document production data, shift logs, and operational reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a process plant or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and safe working practices in an industrial setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate complex machinery and read technical schematics.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the production schedule.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
