Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions during the production process.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Accurately document production data and shift reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to optimize workflow processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to support safe operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Engineering, Technical/Vocational studies, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and manual tools.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and safety procedures strictly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
