Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor key unit operations including reactors, wash columns, dryers, separators, reboilers, and chillers.
- Perform routine process checks and ensure all parameters are within the defined operational ranges.
- Execute equipment start-up and shutdown procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and record process data, identifying and reporting any deviations or technical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
- Assist the maintenance team in basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks for production equipment.
- Manage the transfer of raw materials and finished biodiesel products between storage tanks and processing units.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of operational status and pending tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or oil & gas plant environment.
- Familiarity with chemical processing equipment and process control systems.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks and work in an industrial production setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
