Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor food processing machinery and production lines to ensure consistent output and product integrity.
- Maintain rigorous sanitation standards and hygiene protocols in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Ensure all production records, logs, and documentation are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods to identify and prevent defects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
