Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and technical specifications.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure consistent output and minimize downtime.
- Conduct frequent quality inspections to ensure all produced components meet stringent safety and precision standards.
- Monitor raw material levels and manage inventory for ongoing production cycles.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and document all process adjustments effectively.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machine settings for efficiency and yield improvement.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized production area.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in injection molding or a similar plastic manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Technical certification or Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and process documentation.
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in plastic components.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts or overtime as required by production needs.
