Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production cycles.
- Perform precision machining tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Execute high-quality welding tasks as required by production needs.
- Manage material flow, including loading, unloading, and inventory control.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to meet company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in general technical support tasks to optimize production workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, Machinist, or Industrial Welder.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and engineering diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work shift patterns as required by production schedules.
- Good physical stamina for handling materials and operating heavy machinery.
- Possession of relevant technical certificates (e.g., SKM, vocational training) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team-based environment.
