Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, components, and finished products onto production lines.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Accurately document production activities, including output, downtime, and quality control results.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet daily targets.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and company-provided training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
- No prior experience required; full comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to understand and meticulously follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a positive, can-do work attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and embrace evolving manufacturing processes.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage for documentation purposes.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting (within safety guidelines), and repetitive movements.
- A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
