Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification required
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
