Production Technician / Material Handler (Semicon)

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes and ensuring efficient material flow. You will operate production equipment, handle raw materials, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role offers growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production operations according to standard operating procedures.
• Handle, store, and distribute materials and components for production lines.
• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are met and report any defects.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in shifts as required and cooperate with team members.

Qualifications:

• At least a Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with material handling and inventory management.
• Able to operate basic production equipment and tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and organized manner.
• Available for rotating shifts and overtime when required.
