Superpet Plastic Pte Ltd is currently seeking a motivated Production Technician / Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tuas. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our high-speed production lines dedicated to manufacturing premium plastic bottles and caps.

You will work closely with our operations team to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and optimize line performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed plastic injection and blow molding production machinery.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues on the production line to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished plastic bottles and caps to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline manufacturing processes and increase output.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any technical anomalies to the production manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a technician or engineer in a manufacturing or production plant.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Must be comfortable working a 12-hour shift schedule (Mon-Fri) plus a half-day on Saturday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy for production reporting.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas region.
