Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly of components in accordance with standard operating procedures and technical drawings.
- Execute rigorous product testing to ensure adherence to quality specifications and functional requirements.
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met within the scheduled timelines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or assembly issues during the production process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Accurately document production logs and testing results for quality control reporting.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to streamline assembly workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or technician role preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Willingness to work rotating or fixed shift schedules (Morning and Night).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
