Career Opportunity: Production Technician (No Experience Needed) – Leading German MNC

This role is perfect for individuals who are new to the workforce or looking to make a career switch. No prior experience is required as the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed. You will be trained in operating advanced machinery and adhering to strict quality standards in a clean and safe environment.
- Location: Loyang (Company transport provided from designated pick-up points).
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Enjoy your weekends off!
- Salary Package: $2,500 to $3,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting for production runs.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas.
- Support the production team in achieving daily output and efficiency goals.
- Accurately record production data, including output quantities and downtime.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and health regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimally NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with hands and operating machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
