Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of production machinery.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal output and product quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
- Monitor production line performance and maintain accurate logbooks for equipment maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of assigned production tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving operational needs.
- Able to commit to full-time permanent employment.
