In this position, you will play an essential role in the daily operation of our production units. You will be responsible for end-to-end processing, from initial preparation and chemical charging to managing complex reaction parameters. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of life-saving pharmaceutical products, ensuring that every batch meets rigorous regulatory and internal quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily production operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Perform precise raw material charging and batch preparation to ensure formulation accuracy.
- Monitor and adjust reaction temperatures, pressure, and flow rates to maintain optimal process conditions.
- Conduct routine in-process sampling for quality control testing throughout the production cycle.
- Perform workup operations including filtration, drying, and equipment cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
- Document all production activities accurately in batch records and digital logging systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or high-compliance manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and safety requirements in a lab or plant setting.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and computer-based production monitoring systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
