Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision grinding and machining operations in accordance with technical blueprints and bearing specifications.
- Conduct thorough Quality Control (QC) inspections to ensure all products meet internal and international quality standards.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery to minimize operational downtime.
- Document production logs, quality reports, and maintenance records accurately.
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the bearing or automotive sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings or schematics.
- Demonstrated experience in operating grinding or related precision machinery.
- Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Basic knowledge of plant maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform manual labor and handle heavy equipment safely.
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline is an advantage.
