Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of SMT machines, printers, and automated assembly equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Execute planned maintenance schedules according to manufacturer specifications and ISO standards
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and document maintenance activities in CMMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and 5S workplace organization principles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT machine operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and quality control methodologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting PLCs, servo systems, and pneumatic components
- Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly processes
- Valid forklift operation license and WHMOS certification preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency equipment repairs
