Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure consistent output quality.
- Perform regular equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Execute production processes in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Accurately document production data, logs, and quality inspection reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Ensure a clean and organized workstation following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Participate in regular quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift requirements (including rotational shifts if necessary).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital data logging tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of safety and hygiene standards within a sterile or manufacturing environment.
