We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician (Technician 1) to join our state-of-the-art facility in Tuas. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production output.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Accurately document production data, logs, and material usage in the internal tracking system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines for different product batches.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (medical device or pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a shift rotation (Day/Night) as required by production schedules.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
