Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain high-speed automated production machinery and assembly equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality inspections and manual checks to ensure all products meet stringent medical-grade specifications.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance teams with minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Accurately document production outputs, material usage, and quality records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure continuous production flow.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the medical device or semiconductor industry.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and perform shift work (including 12-hour rotating shifts).
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and production monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
