Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly and manufacturing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S principles.
- Operate and troubleshoot standard production equipment and machinery.
- Document production data accurately and maintain detailed logs of activities.
- Identify and report potential quality issues or deviations immediately to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety training programs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with variable shifts.
