Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production lines to ensure output meets quality benchmarks and safety standards.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks and document production data accurately in the manufacturing execution system.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.
- Support shift handovers and coordinate with team leads to ensure production targets are achieved.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate automated machinery.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Proficient in basic computer skills for data logging and system navigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern as required by production schedules.
