Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and calibrate ultrasonic cleaning equipment to process optical components efficiently and safely.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs on cleaning machinery to ensure uptime.
- Monitor chemical levels, solution quality, and temperature to ensure optimal cleaning results.
- Inspect finished components for cleanliness, defects, and adherence to strict quality specifications.
- Maintain detailed production logs, maintenance records, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate closely with the production supervisor and team to meet daily output and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' Level education in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related field.
- Previous experience operating ultrasonic cleaning machinery or similar industrial cleaning equipment.
- Basic understanding of optical component handling and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
