Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment and machinery within a cleanroom environment.
- Perform precision assembly and packaging of medical/biotech components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine quality checks and visual inspections to ensure all products meet stringent safety and quality standards.
- Accurately document production data and maintain meticulous records for regulatory compliance and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production workflows and resolve minor technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply as full training is provided.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to perform shift work (Morning/Afternoon/Night) as required by production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every task.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation purposes.
